Raise your legs to 90 as in Urdhva Prasarita Pada-asana.

Stretch your arms sideways with the palms turned up.

Slowly take both legs towards your right palm. Pause when your feet are just six inches off the floor. Keep your knees straight.

Bring your legs back to 90 degree then do the pose on the left side. Finally, return to Urdhva Prasarita Pada-asana and then descend the legs to floor.

Urdhva Dhanur-asana II

Stand in Tada-asana with the feet six to nine inches apart. Keep your feet parallel to each other.

Rest your hands on your hips and curve back keeping your knees straight.

Then take your arms overhead. Bend your knees and curve further. Keep your eyes on your finger tips.

Drop your hands on the floor. Pause.

Then come up with a swing or bend your elbows and gently descend to the floor.

Viparita Danda-asana

Perform Urdhva Dhanur-asana.

Bend your elbows and rest the crown of your head on the floor. Interlock your fingers behind your head. Rest your elbows on the floor keeping your forearms in contact with your ears as in Shirsha-asana.

Move your feet away from your head. Straighten your knees if you can and join your feet. Keep your chest well opened and the tailbone lifted. Pause a while in this pose.

Then bend your knees, place your palmson the floor and gradually come down.
